This is because safety and security associated with all areas of life and very important to protect life , property , environment, leadership and guidance, norm-setting and awareness of the preventive and the statement of technical instructions, all the properties of this administration make it important that it should take an important aspect in every business.
Duties of the Security Management and occupational safety.
There are many duties and responsibilities that must be implemented by safety and security management, security and safety that are interested in and is working to establish bases and to be able to process of activating these duties, whether by safety and security management or by the workers , a work plan must be developed whereby they could determine the strategy , track and work responsibilities to be able to get the fundamentals and then organized within the framework which meets the laws and existing legislation and to provide all the requirements of public awareness and preventive action-oriented program within the basic plan includes training, rehabilitation and mechanism of action, including supervision, direction and follow up . through all these steps the duties and responsibilities should be implemented by all individuals .
the duties of safety and management are .
1. Adopt rules , procedures , technical instructions and guidance on the implementation of safety and security policy at work .
2.Working according to safety , security and quality , and upgrading the standards developed by the company.
3. Develop standards for security, occupational safety and health.
4. implementing of quality standards
5. Acting to prevent the causes and actions that might lead to injury or accidents at work
6. assessing and estimating and risk analyzing both for the workplace , machinery or duties
7. Supervise and follow-up to verify the application of safety and security instructions.
8. Making sure that the workers wear personal protective equipment at work
9. Periodic inspection of the workplace, machinery and trucks.
10. Development of training programs for new workers to familiarize them with the basics of security and safety in their work.
11. implementing training courses in occupational safety, both specialized and general for company workers .
12. implementing safety and security Awareness and education through singes , publications and brochures.
13. Conduct occupational safety incidents investigations and implementing field studies on the causes of accidents to develop recommendations to reduce them
14. implementing a local , Regional or global Follow-up reports and research competent in occupational safety to keep up with evolution, in turn, modernize and develop its work.

Each department has its goals aspire to attain it and working hard through the development, training and implicating of quality standards. safety and security systems management among these departments, but perhaps one of the strongest departments which must achieve their objectives because the failure to achieve the objectives means failing to find a safe work environment and vice versa.
Some of these goal are :

The Functions of safety and security management systems, in the company is to manage the policy of occupational safety and health, planning, development, coordination and liaison between other departments in the company and the full supervision over the work of occupational safety within the company to improve the foundations of safety standards to ensure safety of workers and improving awareness and education regarding occupational safety and environmental standards and implicating health and safety standards in the company and implementing the application of integrated quality management system

2 - Planning
Involving an attempt to plan for the future and implement the requirements of the Occupational Safety Department and the planning is based on the following:

A - Goal Setting
B - the development of strategies
c – Drawing the Occupational Safety and Health policies
W - determine the rules and procedures and the preparation of schedules for the development of objectives for the implementation.

3 – Organizing .
Involves determining the actions required to achieve the goals in the planning process and do the following
A - Verification of Safety and Health Department System
B - actions Follow-up .
c information and results documentation .
W - enable the Occupational Safety and Health Department to know and implement   the provisions of occupational safety and health legislation .


4 - direction and control
Is the process of guidance and supervision of occupational safety audit method to use in the workplace and workers, which includes verification of the following:

A - Ensure the implementation of the requirements of occupational safety in the workplace
B - Ensure compliance of workers with the instructions
c - ensure the effectiveness of the procedure


Quality management and standards

Is an activity that determines the quality policy, objectives , responsibilities and implementation through the establishment and maintenance of a system to manage s occupational safety and health requirements, which include the following major points:
